Well this bitch came upon me,

So far I discovered that a trapezoid type shape might work but I don't know.
Please help?

What exactly are you trying to do?

Edit: Oh I think I see what you want to do, I do it all the time.
Try this:Use the VM tool for this, not the clip tool.
A good rule of thumb is to move your vertex half the distance of the width of the side you want to attach the diagonal brush to. The diagonal brush will be roughly the same width as your other brushes if you do this.
(EG: If that brush is 10 units wide, move the vertex over 5 units)
I see yours was 9, so I'd just round it off.
