WARNING: There's a lot to read. But it's funny\sad at the same time. You should open the image in a new tab and scroll around.

Basically I posted about my source connecting problems, but what they do is give a stock answer with links from the steam troubleshooting( even though I told them I already read those links and nothing got fixed) and then close my question. That's not really funny. Also If the guy wants some help he doesn't have to act like an asshole to their staff, what did he expect? That they will drop to their knees and beg for forgiveness? Or ban his ass for constantly abusing their support and forums.

And if you were in his situation, wouldn't you be a bit frustrated? Or a bit more? I find his "frustration level" expressed through his words acceptable.

Wow, that Steam support thread blows. My limited experience with Steam Support has always been fairly good, but that's a real kick in the nuts. There's clearly some ridiculous VAC related matters going on there, but all the staff give him are some stupid stock answers.
He really should escalate that further.

I understand how he was frustrated with Miles, but he didn't have to be such a blunt asshole with Thomas, he could have just simply explained his problem, the nature of it, but instead right off the bat he completely sidesteps the question and starts insulting steam support, I've lost all sympathy for Devon.
Also striker, i recommend that you link to it instead, those two images bring my entire computer to it's knees when even the smallest bit of them show.
