Has anyone had any experience using these before?
Apparently they don't damage anything and it's getting very aggravating trying to troubleshoot this...

Well I had.
See if it is configured right in hammer.
Check if the barrel dimensions are matching the brush of the launcher's
and carve its barrel, so nothing could probably block the rocket
See damage configuration too.
