i use a lot of models from garry's mod in my css maps. Sometimes, i get this error/crash when i try to select the model in the prop static properties:
Too many verts for a dynamic vertex buffer (935109>32768) Tell a programmer to up VERTEX_BUFFER_SIZE.
Note
i can view the model and collison mesh no problem in the model browser, but again it will crash hammer if you try selecting it.

Anyone know a workaround or a fix? I've not been able to find any useful info about this error so far anyplace..

thank you stojke, but i'm looking for a workaround to be able to use the model, since i don't have the ability to edit the model and lower the amount of vertices (which is the only semi-useful information in any of those) ;|

Thanks just the same sir :P

Here is the model in question. It's a npc model for a terminator endoskeleton that i'm trying to use as a prop static.

Curious if maybe it's my machine, and it will load properly for somebody else? I'm also trying to contact the model's author.
