no qc file when decompiling in milkshape 3d

so i open up milkshape3d go to tools/half life/decompile normal hl mdl file, i check all the boxes, including the qc file, but it doesnt appear after decompiling for some reason. how do i fix this?

Do you have Jed's half-life model viewer installed?, if so
get mdldec https://www.moddb.com/games/half-life/downloads/mdldecexe-path-for-hlmv-decompile-model
it doesn't matter where you put it, go to tools in the viewer options, go configure tools and set its path
after this click tools again and click decompile model, i hope this helps
if it doesn't i think its something with the model
