:) hello guys seems like this will be my first post in here. I have been creating a map and I have an error. OK ok before u guys slap ur head and think another noob in the block just help me out , wont take 2 much of ur time. My problem is that everything fine except in my map when i first compile and run it or just run it..the wall and ground texture seems a bit broken and weird but if I use my flashlight and run on the weird texture area it becomes fine. Is this a compile error? due to leak or something? (but i think i have fixed all leaks) For general info i am using zoners and using hammer. So any1 has any idea what this is?

A screenshot would explain better - are you running in software, OpenGL or what?

This rings a bell, flashlights making textures back to normal. A screenshot'd be good.

ah. perhaps ocerlapping brushes. btw, all mapping questions go in the general mapping forum.
