Yes, I have many map ideas. A little binder full of map plans, ideas and descriptions which I may or may not make into final maps.
However, part of level design is thinking up ideas for your maps. Go get a pencil and some paper and sit down and just sketch out some rough map layouts, doodle, look through your textures, and think for a while about map themes and objectives.
Myself, along with many others, visit Photography and Urban Exploration sites for inspiration. Some useful URLs are:

Those three should have you covered for the time being. You can always google more...

Search the forums for inspiration. This has been asked so much.
Have a walk around places. You will soon see something that will make you think 'I can map that, It would make a good map.' As Rabid said, abandoned-places.com is a good place for inspiration. It kind of depends on what type of maps you like. Maybe have a little stroll through the original Half-Life maps, get a brief idea, map it, then expand on it. Have a look at some of the maps in the map vault. They should give you ideas, but do not copy them, use them only as inspiration

how about a map for the movie "The Village" thats comming out?
make a forest full of monsters and once and a while make them attack the village? and make the village and the forest big? get red marks and dead bodys everywhere?

That urban adventure site you posted is one that I havent seen, looks goodI have a giant bookmarks folder of most of the decent UE sites on the internet...if anyone's interested, I can make a thread on them.

Photography is one of my hobbies. Conveniently, both the AFB and the Factory are located within an hours drive, thought they'd make for some interesting photos.

My ideas come from my toilet... jk.
I think up my ideas in my own imagination. I mix all of the things I see in life into one thing, and twist and tweak it into a map. Sort of like modern art.
