ok i got anotherquestion now, i dont know if it goes here so im sorry if it doesnt. Can the HL engine support "swaying" lights, ya know like a light bulb hanging from the ceiling swaying in the wind that sends a spot light from one side to the other?. if so how would it be done. Also, is it possible to add a random sound, like a piece of speech like in DUke3d, after an enemy is killed?.

It can make swinging lights with a func_pendulum, but not move the light_spot with it.

No idea on random sound, but it can probably be setup somehow.

You can't have a point entity move with a brush one like that.

If it was possible, HL would support dynamic lights in full.

Sorry, in my post that says you can make swinging lights, it should be swinging light fixtures.

Dynamic lighting should be supported in HL2 and I'm hoping for a 'movewith' feature or something of the sort.
