Everybody say that they didnt bother to load it upp because I dont have a screenshot. but I have tryed everything I know, and I still cant load it upp when I set the browser to my screenshot, and press the "Save changes" button, it still does nothing!

Check that it is jpg format.
Check that it isnt a large file.
Resize the 640x480 shot to something like 200x150
Check that it is Jpg format... Oh, I already said that..
If it is taking a long time to upload, it is probably trying to resize it.

Use a proper browser like Opera that'll show you how the upload's going.

I fixed it! jippi! hehe I found out that the file I uploaded for my map was 2.1 mb
