yay im first ;)

i would like to know what entity i should use on the clock model as i want it to stick to the wall but be pulled off with grav gun and shot at!

Props_physics? Check the SDK documentation for attaching it to the wall: http://www.valve-erc.com/srcsdk/Levels/physics.html

also i knew that it wasnt prop_physics as it is physics and will fall like physics so....

You can also tick the flag 'Motion Disabled' and 'Enable Motion on PhysGun Grab' on the prop_physics if you don't want to bother with constraints.
