It's a common bug with the pirated version of HL2. Is your copy legal?

I guess it's a stupid question, because you aren't going to admit to having a pirated copy anyways.

Yeah, if it's on an official map it really shouldn't be happening since the hl2 GCF has the latest copies of the node graphs, which are updated whenever a map is.

I'm getting the AI disabled comment on my custom maps after level transitions... :zonked:

Might be because the graph hasn't been rebuilt for a custom map or there are no nodes?

I've experienced similar problem too on my custom maps. I think I've figured out the pattern.

If I load up the map from the console and save the game, and I reload the game later, I almost always get the AI_Disabled message. But if I load up the map from the console each time (instead of loading them from a previously saved game), I almost never get this message. Occasionally, I'll get this problem over and over, but it'll resolve when I restart HL2.

I figure it's a path bug from Valve. I hope they're going to fix it soon. Because sometimes even after I enabled the AI, the info_node information still seem to be missing (because the Combines don't seem to know where to go).

Yeah I find that its not all the time but only the odd pretty random occurance. And by the way my copy is legal.... I swear!
