I need someone to edit the spirit dll (mix) with the opposing force dll.
but just the opf grunts. Can somebody do this for me it would be much appreciated.

Uhm, Gearbox never released the OppFor source code.

Can't you decompile the DLL's code into some kind of a C++ format? :

Nope, dll files cannot be decompiled into usable source code.
