I believe I have had the same Avatar for over a year now... This is the second one I have ever had, and I still like it :o

I really do not see why everybody changes it so often...

Please keep it the same... If you find one you like, keep it that way. Also, make an avatar that really has no temperary value, but one that is pretty much just a cool design.

Obviously, if you are a monkey, get a picture of a monkey.

Could an Avatar change be due? Unforunately, it isn't really squarish, more of a rectangle. (By the way, I hand-drew the original image and coloured it in PSP. I'm surprised that it came out this well, I'm a total noob with Paint programs. It's supposed to be me in cartoon form. :P )

meh.. I'll most likely be keeping this one, and if (but most likely never will) gifs come into play, I'll make him idle, but I'll be having this av for a while.. I like it.

I've been changing avatars alot recently (most with a slightly CCCP-y theme) but I think I'll keep it. I kinda like the orangey me.

I agree with Bratty mostly ? except for the fact that his avatar is of displeasing proportions and too large. It'd be better re-done with larger text in a more interesting typeface, and as a PNG image to annihilate the nasty JPEG artifacts around the writing.

Avatars I like (will update this post with my supreme editing powers):
  • ZombieLoffe's. He always has great avatars;
  • Ant's. I think the new one might be better, though;
  • m0p's. His is good.

I have had a few here, we only had a gallery to choose from originally.
But when we uploaded our own, I needed something other than a lion as Atom went with that.
Mine hasn't really changed all that much in 3 years. Just modified slightly to be able to use it on other sites.
