when i try to rum my map on hammer (with spirit) it says:
your half-life/exetutable has been modified. please check you system for viruses and then re-install Half-life
i used this guide when i configurated it I:SpiritdocsSetup.html

You only get that error when something is gone wrong with the exe, not the maps, so yes - a fresh install could help.

hmm if i was you, i would ring ghostbusters or use some other sort of spirit extermination!
