I can't find and of the official map files for CS:S, like de_dust or cs_office,
Is there any way to get those maps onto another CS:S which hasn't been updated with them ?

No, no long live the cracked versions. They suck.
Buy it. 50 bucks for this is one of the better game purchases you'll make.
Posts regarding cracked or illegal warez versions of HL2 will be deleted or closed. This will be amended to a forum rule list somewhere in a sticky shortly.
