Your map has impressive achitecture. I even nocliped to the top to see the whloe thing.but there is also some texturing issues some textures are not aligned. the windows, some parts of the buildings. I hope you can improve this. And maybe you can update your map and fix these problems also the light problems.
Looks like a good start!
