This is a CSS version of a map I made by the name of awp_map-pro. Overall, I'm happy with it, looks great, runs well, is fun and balanced. The only thing im not very fond of about this map is the way the outside of the map looks, especially since you can get on top of the roofs. Yet, after contemplating putting various things in to counter this, I decided that it would only consume lots of time and chop down the fps.

A couple clip brushes is all it takes to prevent players from escaping your map or seeing ugly bits that were never meant to be seen. You may want to reconsider blocking off the roofs, it takes no time to do and will not affect the fps.
