It is a map of de_ (Defuse Bomb) that is based on an industrial complex, features 2 Bombsites, is well developed and balanced and has a secret area of credits.

First Impressions(after a really quick playthrough)
+varied, interesting layout!
+Nice use of fresh textures
+sexy lighting
+good fps performance(i'm guessing)
+/- architecture is good, but a little thick in places like the light posts and some of the roof and door trims are too fat
+/- didn't really notice ambience

You can jump to the big red container and to the wood grids, even though i didnt manage to do it in that demo.
Watch it at speed 2, i manage to do it in a few tries. Now i can do it instantly.
