well... i rated some maps in fpsbanana (~1-3/10). most of those were remakes and fullbright dust textured aim maps with couple of boxes etc.
someone pm'd me and said something that he worked on his map for 2 days and i rated it ~2/10 etc. then he said that i have 2 days to make better map.
usually i dont make maps when some1 says something like that but i thought that maybe i should give those people an example. so i wasted the same amount of time planning and mapping this.
well.. at least in my opinion this is better than fullbright dust textured box with couple of spawns and weapons.
this map has been used couple of times as an example of what fy_ map should look like. ~

Its ment for ~4vs4 Thats why there arent that many weapons.
In most of the fy_ maps have weapons at the spawn for what reason? When i play fy_ map i dont even bother moving because i already have a good weapon. I just wait for people to come and get me. In this i broke the "pattern". I placed weapons "randomly". I wanted the players to fight for better weapons. Also the better weapons are pulling the players off the spawn like an objective. It propably would've worked better if the map would've been bigger...
I thought about adding a route thru the building but there wasnt really time for that. I also didnt have time to optimize the map. ~1700 r_speeds in ct spawn.
There are few problems with the lighting. The lamp textures doesnt emit light, the lights are too bright and then theres that green area in the lighting because of the engine.
"Well the league stages of the 2on2 competition are now over and we move into the knockout stages which will be played after boomy comes back off his hols!!
