When referring to free education, I'm talking about after high school (not sure if it's called the same thing over there, either).
Like, I know public schools is just school for basically kids that everyone pays for through taxes, but I want a country that pays for ALL of your education, like at university level.
Of course I won't take advantage of that unless I want to get a PhD in whatever there, as I am only going after I complete college.
I just don't want to be in a country full of morons.

It's obviously your settings.
I didn't look at what you had in your autoconfig, or whatever you posted, but I own a 7300 GT and I know for a fact that the auto settings are bollocks.
You can do high everything (which means just high on texture quality, not very high), except you need to turn off AA, set it to Trilinear (for whatever that setting is), and turn off all forms of HDR and bloom.
I have motion blur on, myself, because it looks to god damn cool. But it's not really a performance killer.
I may be missing something.
My FPS's range from 15 - 50, depending on how many people are in the server. I don't notice any slow downs.
I'm also running in a resolution of 1024 x 768. Anything higher with your card is just stupid, so you may need to adjust that. (In fact, that's probably your problem in the first place, unless you were smart about it.)

One thing I left out about the Joker is simply how funny his part his. At one point he dresses up like a female nurse / doctor, and then walks around like a girl would. It's simply a hilarious part and Heath kills it (in a good sense of "kill").

The whole idea is pretty cool. Seems like it would make hilarious game play.
Map could be better, but I can tell it's just a proof of concept.
I'd like to see just a standard mirrored base map, like 2fort, and have just 1 ball on each side. I think it would be hilarious.
Only problem I saw was that when time ran out (I guess), despite me putting a majority of Blu's balls in my hole (LAWL), Blu still won. Kinda strange.
Remake the concept and it might make an awesome map.
