No, if you want to do things like this do it in the original Source engine game that actually allows you to. CS:S is byproduct, created soley for it's own purpose.

Well, I hated it.
The first map is ok, but after the interview it all falls apart. 5 solid minutes of nonsense, glitchy script work, and an end scene that felt like a 10 year old came up with.

Yeah, I was thinking of that myself just the other day. I have a few ideas we'll need to run through soon, we can handle it in the uhh.. 'secret' forum when the time comes.

We're being pretty lenient with the journals. We're really just trying to avoid pointless little ones that end up with 50 comments of people calling each other stupid things and generally making TWHL look like a place filled with idiots.
So yeah, show things off, complain about something, praise something, tell us what you're up to, whatever. We just don't want anyone going stupid or offensive.

That's actually a definition, a bad one, and it's all irrelevant anyway. Let's keep this about the compo, unless there are any real concerns about the warning?

Indeed! Looking forward to the results for this one.
Now, about that warning: It's some of the language I've been noticing that concerns me the most, and I'm not talking about swearing, either. Discriminatory terms, describing things as 'gay' or anything along those lines does not have a place on TWHL. I personally won't even be issuing warnings because, as Grim said, you know who you are.

Anything that helps you code your secret project (?) is win to me. That article is actually kind of interesting, when I bypass some of the technobabble. I'm sure there's some things in there that will come in handy.

I'll be seeing it, though I am not expecting anything.. well, good. The Valkyries are hallucinations from the drug, and they're being given far too much screentime.
I've read the script for this, it's mild at best. As always they just want to show of flashy special effects rather than stick to strong storytelling.
Skals: I thought that much was obvious.
Masta Killa: Way to make me feel good, thanks!
Oh lord D:
Where on Earth do you drive your car? The sewers? D:
$50.
Can't say I'm a fan of the show, but it was fun to see the giant hole next to my city in it.

A speed restriction sign I made for KCGM (The company operating the pit) appeared on screen for a whole half second. Nothing to be excited about. ;P
Fireworks alone is priced at over $400 full iirc, which is crap considering what a lot of FREE alternatives offer.
Happy Birthday Tetsu0.
Since when are crappy vehicles and unnecessary player views considered "correct things"?

"Let's take Pulp Fiction... and add EYE LASERS!"
..ok.
Tito: I've heard a little bit about up, even heard that it was going to be a traditional 2D animation. They're also working on Cars 2 shortly.
I can have fun with them most of the time, but I do wish people would put more effort into them, there's no reason why they shouldn't.

Clearly you haven't seen his TF2 WIP and you overvalue your own.. skills.

Also, shut the hell up Spike and Skals, it's exactly those kind of conversations we don't need around here.
And.. webcam, I suppose.
