Hey, I ran into this too. Make a seperate shortcut on ur system. Right click it and go to properties. Under "Target" youll see something like this "D:Program FilesSteamSteam.exe" -applaunch 30 -dev. Notice on my example I have the -dev. Make sure that is there. When u get into the game make sure u go spec and then do the command. Im sure it will work.
