True words from Andy...
Although I see mapping or generally design more as a hobby, it would never hurt to get to so something with it later on in my life. And just talking about it won't get me anywhere...
It's time to drop the forum browsing to a lower level and put some more time in real designing.
You see, at a certain point it's easy to rely on just your knowledge and experience. You'll assume that that's enough to get you somewhere, while you forget that it's actually the products you delivered that made you a name.
(Not to forget about attitude... you may want to have to work together with others in the future...)
At the other side... I want to give more time to serve God. Priority number one that is. Then there's school, there's the contacts I so value...
Perhaps I should start to enjoy mapping more, as I once did, so I can see it as an interest once again...
EDIT: You know, I enjoyed TWHL because I had a sort of 'elite' status. My knowledge, my 'answering sprees'...
I'll quit it. I'll get back to the real thing, creating maps, asking feedback, tweaking it and help out a few fellow peers. What value has the respect of those that produce crap, of those that show no maturity? I've seen only few here that I admire, and whose respect I value...
