Hi everyone , I decided to update my site and make it a portofolio site . OK . The site is quite ugly , and I don;t have only 40 Mb of disk space :( .

Anyway , in this summer I'm gonna make a site and upload it on a freehosting website ( I know some site ... something with "freetzi" it gives you 500 MB !!!! )

Anyway , I'll add more content soon , but please see it and tell me if it's a little nice . I'll add some widgets too .

It's amazing what power has the null texture . I didn't even knew . I'm talking about my campaign in sven coop. I just said ...I'll try and see if it'll really reduce the r_speeds. Not only my r_speeds were reduced by half in some areas , but my compile time is fucking fast !!!! So may this be a lesson for all of you who don't have this behaviour : null every outside face of the map .

And cuz I was talking about my campaign ...... I'll say it again : the map is almost finished , but I'm working on a complex mechanism now . I must say the map is fully interactive and fun . You won't have time to be bored ;) . Even like so , the map can be completed in aprox 15 minutes if you're expert .... or , let's say 40 minutes if you're noob . I can completed it myself in less than 15 minutes but I used the impulse code and the god code .

Should I release the map when it's finished or wait till' the second map ?

I'm making great progress in that sven coop campaign . The first map is almost finished . I even had a leak war which I won ....

maybe in 3 weeks , one month , one month and a half it will be ready for sharing ?

I decided I hate gold source. I know , it's challenging and stuff like that but I began to understand it's limits . It really sucks . I mean , in source you can build huge maps and the overall performance doesn't drop much .

I want to purchase this summer halflife 2 and start mapping for source , if it comes to outdoor maps . Can I purchase 3 games at a time ? I want to purchase halflife 2 , hl2 ep2 and garry's mod .

But I'm a little nostalgic so ..... I'll map or goldsource for now ......

I passed 2 exams , I only have one more to go .... after this - freedom ! behold ! the holidays are coming ! And with the holidays is coming the mapping , too :D

Sorry , I'm stopping the build progress for 1 week and a half , as I have to learn for exams . And something else is that I'm reading a c++ book . But don't worry , the campaign will appear after 1 month-2 months or much faster ( because I really ENJOY mapping) and you'll be able to play it .

As some of you know , I'm working on a Sven Coop campaign . I don't know what name it'll have , but for now important is to complete at least the first map .
Thanks to TWHL's tutorials and other tutorials from different sites , this is my first map ( until now , the map isn't finished yet) were I keep my r_speeds down. The maximum was around 1050 , and the area was an exception . The compile times are faster now . I read a lot of theory about r_speeds , visblocking and I want to read something about hint brushes as I'm a little confused how they work . For now , Visblocking is a good Idea .... Also , a lot of func_walling is increasing the overall map performance . I plan to make the map very interactive and not boring . It's not a "freaky" style map ( that's what I think but uh ...) -> bot scary , but FUN .
I played a lot of maps and it seems that all a lot of them are just .....dead walls :| ..... no , this isn't meaning that I'll make an excellent map , I'll try to make and maybe not succeed ( but trying isn't dieing ....)
Hope I'll finish the first map soon.

I guess a I'll let it a little bit down with hammer and all HL things. My brain is bored of FPS . I really miss Transport Tycoon or Starcraft , Or AgeOemp2 ....... So I'll miss the parties here on twhl for a while.
