cs_sheepdown is 98% complete, few bugs as hostages wont move and fps drops outside on ct spawn.

I'll Upload it when i have made few pictures in game.
Sorry i cant fix the bugs cuz i lost the files during Reformating the pc, and also dont know how to fix the FPS drop on ct spawn.
