Photos !

I was gifted with a Nokia 6500 Slide, Carl Zeiss optics , 3.2 Mp and Auto-Focus.
This baby is a jewelery. The lens actually mechanically move like in a real photo camera ! That means I can take ( even though not excellent quality ) macro pics. I also have a 2GB card on it :D. Oh, and it has ultra-bright leds for night pics.

As you can see, most of them may need a bit of color correction, I think they lack warm colors.

Uhm, I noticed the pictures of that...what looks like a cute little chicken, and then when I scroll down further, I see the pictures of a very sharp looking ax. So The_(c)Striker, are we eventually going to see a picture of a headless chicken? Nothing wrong with a little chicken BBQ tutorial, you know.

You see, I had a feeling I misspelled "axe" by leaving the e out, but for some stupid reason, Word's spell check did not catch it, oh well....live and learn. "Axe" me a question you say?.....I'm afraid.....

Nothing special about the photos imo, though you've some nice early-ish harvest going. Ours won't be like that for another ~2-3 weeks. :<

It is special. It's a fucking phone. You wouldn't expect such quality from a phone.

I mean special from an artistic point of view. And phonecams have been buffed since ~3 years ago. 3.2 MP and macro focusing in a phone isn't quite awe inspiring anymore.

It's true what Daubster says about "3.2 MP and macro focusing in a phone isn't quite awe inspiring anymore". I remember back in 2006 when some technology blogs were bragging about new upcoming cell phones with 5MP cameras. That was back then, now....in 2009, I hear talk about mobile phones with 12MP cameras! Take for an example Sony Ericsson's "Idou", the world's first cell phone packing a 12MP camera, you can see the full specs here:

Also, Samsung is claiming the same bragging rights with their "Pixon12", which you can read more of here:

Yes, but it's half-true. Even my 3.2 camera isn't 3.2, becase the senzor doesn't support such a resolution. Instead it does interpolation ...
