I like the interior, you've some nice lighting going, however it looks a bit out-of-place (a factory so abandoned it's got holes in the roof, yet there's a bunch of perfectly functional lights?). The majority of the windows should be broken/cracked for more realism, too. There should be plenty of reference material on a theme like this, so best look it up. Anyway, that's a start. Looking forward to more. :]

I understand this is unfinished but I'm not convinced this is an abandon factory at all, it looks more like an abstract sort of thing than a realistic abandon factory. There really needs to be a lot more destruction and decay and grunge and the interiors and exteriors are really linear.
The factory itself probably doesn't look like a real factory either. And it strikes me as odd that you have lights on in an abandon factory not to mention it's day time.
I suggest you do some research into decayed/abandon environments in the Source engine. Check out the Rain Drop and Research and Development and play through the factory parts of Half-Life 2 Episode 2.
Anyway, it looks too... happy. With the bright, sunny light and the bloom making things brighter, your factory looks more inviting than it should.
Doesn't look bad, btw.
