It's missing a ">". Also, use CSS, the border attribute is deprecated. If you really want to specify width and height (the home.gif image is 64x64px, so there is no need for it), it's better to do it in a CSS file. It means less data to send and cleaner code.

Don't close an img tag with /> unless you're using XHTML. Regular HTML has no /. Same with the <link> element, and any others you have.
