Have you scanned for Viruses lately? Have you run ScanDisk? Disk Clean-up? Try these first, then try a defrag. If it still doesn't work, then try reinstalling Hammer.

OK in that pic, see the bit with the info_landmarks? Pretend its lined up with the rest of the trigger_landmark 
Sometimes when the level change takes place you'll get lodged in a wall somewhere. If you noclip to get out, you'll find that the map your in isn't quite right. Let's say, for instance, that you have a hallway with the level change in the middle. This hallway is closed off with doors. First, prepare the two maps without the hallway. Then start a new map. Create the complete hallway with the two doors at each end. Texture it, light it, etc. Put the trigger_changelevel in the middle and stretch it to fit the entire size of the hallway. Now copy that hallway and paste it into both of the other maps. It is imperative that you do no alter the hallway at all! Now add the info_landmarks. Look at the diagram:

Move from left to right to follow this diagram (viewpoint is looking down on the hall)
Place the info_landmarks in the middle.
Now set up the options as shown in the Changing Levels Tutorial as well as this one
Now if alls good, compile and test it and the it should work perfectly.

First create a brush that looks like a cable. Then turn it into a func_breakable. In the 'Target on Break' field, put the name of the lamp. If all goes well, when you destroy the cable, you should effectivelly 'sever the power' to the light!

Actually, you do not need to use Irfanview. You can just use Paint if you wish. Here's how:
1. When the window that you wish to capture comes up, hit 'PrintScreen'.
2. Open Paint
3. Edit>Paste
4. Save the image as a .jpeg file for size reasons.
5. Put them in here!

On your keyboard, just above the 'Home', 'Delete' buttons is a key that says 'PrintScrn' or 'Prntscrn' or soemthing similar to those. As for Irfanview, search the forums for it.

I still wouldn't bid or buy a guitar from ebay. Go to a shop and try out a guitar! How are you supposed to ascertain the quality of a guitar from a picture? I got a new guitar recently (Epiphone LP Special II). I tried it at my local music store though to get the 'feel' and sound of it.
Just to get back onto the topic (if anyone remembers what the hell it was), how much reality T.V. do you get in your respected regions? My answer for here: TOO MUCH. It's all crap.
