Realplayer is poor. It's bloatware, and possibly spyware too. Windows Media Player is poor in my opinion, but for playing films, it doesn't really matter ? hardly as if it really matters much, you'll barely ever be seeing it. I'd say you might as well use it, much as it goes against the grain to recommend a Microsoft product :).

They've remade avalanche, haven't they, for Source? I think some of the maps coulda been ported to Source (like siege), if not some of the simpler ones (assault, etc.).
