I had the game since i was 10 and tried to map for it when i was about 11. Gave up because i couldnt work it out. About a year ago i for some random reason reopened WC and found this site after the map place on verc forums closed down. now im trying new 3D modling things aswell like 3DS max which i just cant grasp
It has got loads but more that half seem to be broken links and files not found, anyone know any other?
Ive just downloaded the 3ds max 6 trial and need help. Does anyone know where there are tutorials for it. Starting from begginer to advance(preferble video tutorials) Its kinda confusing but ive worked out a few basics myself. Thanks in advance

Maximum PC deserve a slap for such thing, how can you compare a released game to one that is still not realeased, plus HL2 would still win.

Yay, everything seems to be working, microdoft trouble shooter helped, thanks for all our help though
This fixed the problem Suggestion 1 Register the following files with these steps:
1. Click on Start, Run and type "REGSVR32 SOFTPUB.DLL" (w/o the quotes). You should see a popup message that this process succeeded.
2. Click on Start, Run and type "REGSVR32 INITPKI.DLL" (w/o the quotes). You should see a popup message that this process succeeded.
3. Click on Start, Run and type "REGSVR32 MSSIP32.DLL" (w/o the quotes). You should see a popup message that this process succeeded.
4. Now try the Windows Update site and see if you get the same error.

Theres a small problem, no popup box apperars or anything. It says somin about active X and i remember error boxs appering with somin to do with active x, what is this and could it be the problem?
Service pack? Should i get it?
Well im pretty sure i havent got a firewall, is there one that comes with xp? Also i its only been a recent problem and ive had the connection for about 6 months
I could proberly ask this somewhere else but i cant be asked. Anyway, i cant seem to get onto MSN Messanger and certain websites. Like if i go on hotmail.com it works but then i comes up with "HELP/NAVIGATION ERROR - Forbidden Access to this URL is Forbidden" if i try to get into my account. Its only with this computer and i have several conected to my internet.
It comes up with the error on the page and it has somin to do with Internet optimiser by the side of the page. If it any help my internet runs through a router to distribute the internet.

All your desktops are so organised, mines filled with crap is that a bad thing? My start bars worse, 4 neally filled colums of unassorted rubish that i cant be bothered to remove and thats a screen resolution of 1152 x 854. i really should do somin about it

Vodka's cool, except when you mate passes out and you have to think of an excuse for why you drunk a 2 litre bottle of it over the park. As for beer, delish and rum is just wrong.

Putting the subject back on track, what do you belive about bad luck. Do you avoid walking under ladders, avoid stepping on cracks or through salt over you sholder when you spill some? Or do you belive that your fate is written in the stars and your whole life is planned out?
From geography i have found out many things, yes the earths core is made of metal and because of the emense gravity it is solid. The earths core i very hot because of radioactive isotopes. This heat causes convection currents within the mantle. But now im moving onto plate techtonics so i will stop and go back to the begining. The earth is made up of 4 layers: Crust (outer shell of the earth), Mantle (the liquid rock below the crust), Outer core (liquid metal) and inner core(solid metal).

Has anyone every watched Takeshi's Castle? If so you know how much of a laugh it is. I was wondering what you would think map of it. Like have a few of the challenges i a row and you have to get to the end. If you got any ideas that you think i should include post them here.
the only advice i can say is give up making a resident evil map, i tried. it was all was going well, but the game play is rubish. When its out of first person the bullets go all over the place, this is a pic from my attempt.
As you can see he is facing the camera but the bullets are going behind him.
