Ok then, If I wanted to move to lovely Sweden...what would it be like for me there. I know they have plenty of stores but I still wouldn't know about the services. Online research only gives you so much.

If a particular service exists in the states, you can be sure it exists here as well. There really is no discernable difference. Most people here have computers, and almost everyone has access to the internet from home.

My town has around 70k inhabitants, and everyone has access to 10mbit broadband. Sure there are some people out in the woods with no internet connection, but the same can be said for America.

Last name is Moilanen, which is Finnish. My grandfather fled from Finland to Sweden during WW2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finnish_war_children) along with 70k other children. He ended up in G?vle where he later married my grandmother. My whole family lives in or near G?vle, and I've lived here all my life except for 2 years during which I lived in Stockholm.

My favorite THPS is nr 4, hands down. I don't like the jackass style of the later games in the series.

I'd like to see a proper sequel to Perfect Dark, in the same style as the original. Rare's attempt to turn Joanna into someone from charlie's angels (PD:Z) was a complete failure and should've been canned instantly.

Three more for me:

Shutter Island
Pretty good movie with some nice twists, bit of a mindfuck. Recommended

The Lovely Bones
This movie likes to drag on and on and on. The visual style is really cool but the story is lacking, with some moments that are just "wtf, get to the point" and an ending that is completely unsatisfying. One scene in particular is really annoying, wherein a character has a revelation but somehow forgets to tell everyone because her family is having a reunion. The very reason for the separation of said family is connected to what she's discovered so there's no logical reason as to why she wouldn't just shout it out immediately. Peter Jackson dropped the ball on this one.

And finally, interstate 60. I liked this movie a lot. I had never even heard of it before yesterday. It's about a guy who has an encounter with a genie-type figure, and gets one wish granted. All I can say is, watch it.

I Lol'd at the inflator. I never really liked the Moore-era of Bond films, they always seemed so corny to me.

Anyway, I've been watching Rome season 1-2 lately. I know it's not a movie per se but I don't care. Fantastic show, I recommend it to everyone.

I saw Sherlock Holmes a few days back. I thought it was pretty good, disregarding the fact that they've turned the character into some sort of superhero. It has some pretty funny dialogue, and is well worth watching in my opinion.

If you think WoW is grindy, you should try any of the Korean MMO's

I've been playing WoW since 2005, and I still like it. The only other MMO I've played is Warhammer, but I felt it was too unpolished. Stiff movements and a static world. PvP was miles better than WoW though.

If you start playing MMO's again, make sure you play with friends, it makes a big difference.

Lowest temperature in my town this winter (so far) has been -22 degrees celsius, during the day. I can only guess what it is during the night. Lowest in the entire country so far is -38.8 degrees.

Needless to say, it sucks. Being outside for more than 10 minutes is physically painful.

Hence I personally believe in God. If science can find out what caused the big bang, fine. But then what caused that? We'll find out the answers in time (assuming we don't all kill each other before that) But unless you can definitvely prove to me, without a doubt, that there isn't a God, I'll still beleive, because there has to be something out there that caused everything to be set in motion, and I'd like to think that it's a benicifent inteligence.

I'm not here to convince you there's no god, I don't care what you believe in as long as you keep it to yourself and don't force your beliefs down someone elses throat.

If the big bang theory is correct, what caused it?

I don't see what this has to do with parents teaching their children to believe in god. I hope you're not implying that just because science can't explain what caused the Big Bang there has to be a god, because that's just ignorant. Not knowing something does not automatically mean there is some higher power at work.

A mere 100 years ago we knew little about space, and now we have powerful telescopes that can look further and further away. The answer to what caused the Big Bang may well come in the future, though I suspect that it will just lead to more questions.

My main gripe with religion is that it perpetuates itself by basically brainwashing children at an early age. Religious people should stop and really think about why they believe in God. Is it because they really believe or because their parents taught them to believe?

Of course there are people who chose their faith themselves, without outside influence. I have no problem with them as long as they keep it to themselves and refrain from preaching in my general direction.

As for Jesus being "evil", I think that if he were to return today, he'd probably be shocked to see how Chistianity has evolved. And not in a good way.

Saw "M?n som hatar kvinnor" and "Flickan som lekte med elden" a few days ago. If you haven't guessed it already they are both swedish films. I guess Thriller would be a good way to describe them genre-wise.

Pretty good films actually, I usually don't like swedish films because there's something about hearing them speak in my native language that makes everything sound corny.

But I tried to disregard that and I found myself enjoying both films.

I've read a lot about it but never experienced it myself. Apparently most people will have a sleep paralysis episode at least once in their lives. Can't say I'm looking forward to it

A friend of mine had frequent sleep paralysis when he was younger, and he found that it went away when he slept on his side without a pillow. You might want to experiment with different positions, it might help:)

On an unrelated note, I have lucid dreams very often. It usually happens when I encounter something in a dream that's so bizarre that I go "oh yeah, I'm dreaming". After I realize this I either wake up or stay asleep, with the difference that I now can control everything in the dream. It's really cool

saw Paranormal Activity.

I'll be totally honest, I don't get scared at films. I never have.

This had moments where I was like ohshitohshitohshit.
Very little of the horror is shown on screen; it's very psychological and MUCH scarier for it.

A fine movie, I wish more films would adopt the concept of having less shit going on on-screen. Everyone's scared of different things so if you make a movie in which the horror takes place basically in the viewer's imagination, you get a more personalized experience.

Apparently fossils of microbial life have likely been discovered in a marsian meteorite found in 1984.

A study by scientists from the American space agency Nasa has found chemical signatures in the rock strongly associated with life.
