Description:
You have too many entities. Either total (4096) or a maximum of a specific entity. Temporary entities such as bullets and particles are also part of this. number.

Solution:
Reduce the amount of entities as much as possible. Start with particles (dust), as they are usually huge in numbers, or other entities you have a lot of.

there is a temporary fix(way around it)
go to C:Program FilesSteamSteamAppsusernamecounter-strike sourcecstrike and open the gameinfo.txt file (in notepad)
edit the line that says
ToolsAppId 211 // Tools will load this (ie: source SDK caches) to get things like materialsdebug, materialseditor, etc.
and remove the word tools from ToolsAppId

so it should read
AppId 211 // Tools will load this (ie: source SDK caches) to get things like materialsdebug, materialseditor, etc.

another error pops up about the .dll file but at least hammer opens :

and what does it mean "outside the map"? wont that throw up errors if i put something in the void?

It means build a small room outside the map and put the door in it. It will never get used by the player but, it still resets every round. Which would target the rest of the stuff in the Tut

I believe you can not skew a func_breakable_surf.

did you touch the fade distances on your props?

There may be only one water level height in a PVS if the water is expensive.
