In game i can see the problem it causes, but i dont know how to fix it. Can anyone help?

ive gone through the tutorial, twice. It still doenst work. This is becoming tedious, only a few days into mapping and im stumped by compiling!

its not working. Ive placed the notepad file in halflife/valve and renamed it skill.cfg but it didnt work :(

how can i adjust the damage i do using a weapon to make it higher amounts of damage or lewer amounts of damage
