i found the error and i knew the error

maybe it is because of zhlt?

i should have extracted everything on the folder Valve Hamer/tools but i just extracted 4 exe files(rad, csg, bsp and vis).
i solved the problem by extracting every file into tools folder..

those are my settings..

I was trying to create my very first map and i created a box, player_start entity and light entity. i made a hollow box and tried to compile it. i think the problem is program doesn't create a .bsp file.
my settings look perfect to me..
my compile settings are:
Run CSG: Normal
Run BSP: Normal
Run VIS: Normal
Run RAD: Normal
parameters: -dev -console

when i run it i have this:

whats my error?
