and it also after a while comes up with a message saying 'oops! SerializeRMF() v1.8 tried to load a file v10.3. aborting' when i try loading my map back

I've compiled my map, checked for problems, got all the game configurations & build programs sorted and started it and with the commands (-console -toconsole -dev) but it used to load it and when it was about to start it went back to the desktop, and now i've created a new logon on my computer (windows 2000) cause i thought it was something to do with steam, and now all it does is when i try to run it, it dont do nothin
