Could somebody tell what is the problem! In my map dont works light when i am in the game, but there is no leaks detected after compailing?

i have an idea! Is it impossible to get models in hammer editor from other games. I know how to get model from the sims2 in to milkshape but i cant export as generic map. There is anybody who can help me! I think this is superb idea to put objects from the sims in to cs maps! :)
