Wel, im still a beginner when it comes to modelling, but i made some custom weapon/item models the last couple of months. You're free to try them, and everyone else. :)

Note that they're not pretty, but i think i did a good job making them. :)

You might want to check these in HL Modelviewer first, maybe you don't like em at all.

Here's what you get:
  • A Duplo/Lego pistol (9mmhandgun replacement, w_ v_ and p_ models and a custom barney armed with this gun)
  • A Dutch choclate cookie (Handgrenade replacement, w_ v_ p_ models)
  • A Hammer (Crowbar replacement, w_ v_ p_ models)
  • An Ingram Mac-11 (9mmAR replacement, w_ v_ p_ models
  • A cake/pie (Satchel replacement, w_ v_ p_ models)
  • A custom gauss ammo model, (Only w_ model)
  • A custom medkit model
Thats all. I hope you like em, and remember, i still learning Milkshape, so be gentle. :) Enjoy!

There pretty cool muzzle flash. Only one problem i can think of, the Ingram Mac-11 is to big when the player is holding it, the end tends to 'dissapear' off the screen. But its only a small portion. (so basically slightly oversized) but apart from that i love it :P

HL:E has been in development for goodness knows how long now. Let's hope we get a release soon. Ergh, the site still isn't Opera friendly either...

In that case, I'm working for 2 mods, one is called Opposing Shepard, and the other one is called C.A.H.O.S. And they need a modeler, fast! ^^
And you are great! Omega modeler!
So I ask.. Can you help us?
Maby you don't make character models, but I think we need new weapons too! ;)

OMFG NO! I don't model for HL2. I can't even get that XSI or whatever its called.

Also, i did not model anything, i only decompiled the models, to convert them to HL1. All the textures and model polygons remain intact.

I can do a little HL1 modelling, but im still a beginner. :)

So, sorry, can't help you with that. :(

Ive got one, i remember finding it on google. search HL1 weapon models, or Half life weapon models or something, i do have one though, you can even choose which colour you want :P

Thats not your slam model, its a convert of the HL2 model. I didn't get it from anywhere, I converted it.

I suppose its because HL2 has the MkV and HL1 has the MkIV or MkIII.

I want to spread Source conversions, but I know its illegal, and I don't know what the TWHL mods would do if I did.
What I did was used the Source model decompiler and VTFedit to decompile the models and extract the textures to convert them to 256 color bmps. Then I just recompiled the model in an HL1 qc with the matching animations and reworked origins(the origins get all screwy upon decompilation).
Didn't even need Milkshape :D
