You just HAD to use .net didn't you? Eww. Make a version without .net and I'll try it out.
m0p m0pIllogical.

Fatal crash.
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file "C:WINDOWSset.ini".
Looks like a nice tool... but why .NET? :(

With what path set?

There should be a way to associate BSPrun with BSPs from within the program.

I tried my equivalent and it just said "failed to load map" or something, and it didn't associate itself.

The program associates .bsp with BspRun. You double-click on a bsp file in Windoze Explorer.

However, it only launches HL. It doesn't load the map (for me, anyway).

Nope, it's probably the file association thats dodgy.
