Do you mean you want a costum model in your map? :

If you have the model then just place it in the mod directory/models.
Example: Valve/models

There are many ways to get models. Download them in a site, get someone to make some for you or make them yourself. I myself prefer the theird option!! ;)

Know, you have lots of problems, why not make one topic for all of them, cos you're spamming the forum big-time..

You can use
HL:
monster_furniture
cycler_sprite
cycler
CS:
cycler_sprite

You can also use in Hl1 the monster_generic! ;)

Use those entities when you want to place the model in your map or else edit the FDG file.

You can't have monsters in cs that attack and have AI.
You can only add the model of the alien, which will do nothing.

You can't make cts look like aliens. You can't change their model at all for that matter unless you get a custom client side model for personal use.
If models is what your really aiming for make a Sven Coop map, extremely customizable.
