how to make horizontal ladder (from left to right or right to left)? I try to make that but can't up.

Oh its possible allright. Just make the ladder brush (func_wall) and a brush with AAATRIGGER texture (func_ladder) and place both of them horizontal. It should be possible the "climb" the ladder horizontally.

Any ladder can be climbed in any direction, just experiment more, before you ask..
