k well i click on the exe to open it, then it gives me the loading dialog and then it give me the mouse busy cursor for a second after the loading dialog goes away and my computer just pretends nothing happened i have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and rebooted..im using hammer 3.4 any ideas what the heck is going on

Hmm im not sure that has never happened to me before.

If nothing else then switch to a different version of Hammer?

This is weid. try installing an older version and see if it still happens. if not, you might be stuck with 3.3.

You need to format your PC...probably you kept closing your PC from the button instantly instead of closing it from the menu.That screwed up your PC files,so your PC had to carenteen some of your files..and VHE is in it.Sorry,nothing you can do.This happened to me too last year,I just formatted the PC then it started to work properly.

yea i tried 3.5 beta and that didnt work idk ill try to download 3.3 when i get home..and yes i need to format cuz my computers being a lil retarded i need to change the motherboard battery...but idk ill try 3.3 and i really dont want to format cuz its a pain in the ass ill try a complete uninstall down to the reg edits and see ifthat works...this is so gay i had a good map going too

is it just me or do rvpps2rocks and Saco seem like the same person. Saco telling us that 3.3 won't work when its someone else asking the question.

Alirght im laughing at all you that formatted its just i think its funny ..idk i fixed it i uninstalled it and went into regedit and searched everything that said hammer ...and if it was related i deleted it and once i finished i reinstalled and it worked...but saco was somewhat right cuz i just shut the computer when i was too lazy to close the program cuz it took to long...so yea im back maping
