Source SDK is only downloadable through steam and you need to be running steam to open it. You need the sdk updates too.
You'll have to be very patient if you dont have broadband, but I think there is no alternative.

Other 56kers have had to download the SDK through Steam. There's no alternative now, really.

I have 33k and I have the full SDK, so there's no excuses.

Even so thats a huge file to send to you and i dont think anyone would bother with such a large file.
