Opera won't play websounds

Just recently I switched to Opera. Now when I go to places like ytmnd.com the sounds that are supposed to be playing don't play. I have the "enable sound in web pages" checked in the quick preferences so how do I fix this?

this happened to me for about a day... i fiddled with various options.. now it works.. <shrugs>

I can't seem to find it either. There are practical reasons for it though:
a) It's annoying being blasted with loud sound on a website.
b) Pages load faster.
But to be honest none of those seem very strong to me
Just search around google. Someone will have the answer.
