If at all possible I'd like to do some voice acting for this, because it looks like on of the most awesome mods evar.

EDIT: Jack Thompson should be a boss character.

Those aren't the words i'd use to describe it. The dialogue is entertaining... if you're a ten year old. It should be crazy-witty, not crazy-juvenile.

Well, I am a poor voice avtor! I told Urb that, but obviously he didn't listen! :P

Im better at doing Zombies and other no-need-to-be-any-good-at-it type of things!

Yeah, the voice acting was kinda shit. You need to deepen the voice some (if not in real life, in an audio editor), and try not to blow into the mic like you did. Also, when you yell, actually YELL loud. Trying to "yell silently" always ends up sounding pretty goofy. You might be ashamed of disrupting the neighbors with your maniacal fits of cursing, but it's really the only way to go.

I didn't actually find the voice acting that bad, it was the overall immaturity of the lines. Oh well.

Kind of on subject: my new house i'm moving into at the end of the month has no neighbours to the left, right, or back of it. I should be able to do some sound recording for my 'phantom band' without concern. :>

I can't yell. I live in a rented property and if I disrupt the neighbours my landlord could give me a warning.

I live in the English countryside.

I have no basement and the nearest recording studio is a 36 mile drive. Plus I have no money.

OMG OFFICIAL STORY FOR WIN TEH!

Its Monday morning at the Pie-Thagoras Labs and Joe is waking in his dorm after having a really strange dream. Who was that guy in the suit? He could have sworn that he had said that he was "Taking all the toilet paper."

???

Thinking no more about it Joe gets dressed and starts the walk to his office. About halfway he realises that nature is calling and he ducks into a bathroom.

To his horror, there is no toilet paper in his cubicle. He checks the next cubicle...nothing. He runs to the next bathroom and searches for some paper. There isn't any anywhere!

As he exits the bathroom somewhat disoriented and slighty emotional about his imminent bowel movement he spots a guy in a suit, just like in his dream, entering the teleportation labs with a large bag.

As the metal doors seal behind him Joe sees a red mist form over his eyes.

"RIGHT!"

Awesome. I have my microphone setup working now, so just PM or MSN me when you want me to do the voice acting.

Habboi: I think that if this project is a boat, Hostage Situation would definitely be a ship. I do take this to be a far smaller project than HS.

Actually if were on the subject of ships and boats and whatnot I believe it is safe to say that this Mod is the small island inhabited by 2 shipwrecked clowns who have gone insane, which everyone avoids but is somewhat curious about.

The second ingame track is completed!

The clown world is coming along nicely.
I've made the basic structure for the ingame track and the map itself is coming along nicely! It will be like entering an evil circus while your high on acid!

And I've scetched up my idea of how the clown models will look like (Or how I want them to look)

Urb,

You should have, somewhere in the game, a trap that consists of the following:

Two waffles, one in each side of the corridor. Going through the middle of them would trigger them to crush the player. If he dies, the player hears that famous sound sample: "You showed up just in time for the waffles!"(no idea on how to do this).
