Which mod are you mapping for?

AS for the back around the sprite, use
Render FX: Constant Glow
Render Mode: Glow

For the black hawk, place clip brushes in shape of the helicopter.

mapping for cz. I thought of the clip brushes thing, but it will be hard since i can't see the model in hammer. Is there a way that can happen?

thanks muzz.

There is. What entity are you using to make the heli appear ingame? Cycler?

yes, a cycler.

Ok.

Open the CZ fgd in notepad and find the Cycler entity code:

@PointClass base(Targetname, Angles) Sequence() = cycler : "Monster Cycler"

Change that into:

@PointClass base(Targetname, Angles, Sequence) size(-16 -16 0, 16 16 72) studio() = cycler : "Monster Cycler"

Finally, you have to put the model in valve/models, since Hammer can only read from that directory.

i noticed other models stop players and bullets, is it just a property of the model itself?

Probably, can't tell. Best is to use CLIP brushes.
