Stupid, I know, but I've seen stranger forums. I want to settle a dispute between trooperdx117 and me.
Which is better, mozzerella or cheddar? :quizzical:

The combination of the two is better than either alone.

Cheddar. Because....

Why even bother explaining why it is.

Tacggnol, you should remind your parents to hide your eminem and 50 cent CDs by now.. Really.

You spelt Tacgnol wrong? For shame! Besides he hasn't even posted. What you talkin' 'bout Willis!?

Chedder wins hands down. Really strong and mature British chedder. :glad:

tl;dr

Got the gist though. Its rotton cheese with worms in that some crazy Europeans like to eat simply because they are European.

WRIGGLY CHEESE = FAIL

Cheddar on American foods and mozzarella on everything else, so overall mozzarella. PepperJack beats both though.
Posted 17 years ago2007-10-03 22:50:46 UTC Post #235619
it depends what food you have it on. if you just eat chunks of it by it self then you are silly.

What's so good about Mozzarella?

It's crap. Cheddar kicks it's ass and you fucking knows it.
Posted 17 years ago2007-10-04 10:46:18 UTC Post #235644
Mozzarella is the best cheese ever made and anyone whos says different will get a personal visit from me :thefinger:
Posted 17 years ago2007-10-04 10:57:24 UTC Post #235645
Mozzarella mixed 50/50 with Cheddar is teh awesome.
Posted 17 years ago2007-10-04 13:12:32 UTC Post #235648
Is Mozzarella and Cheddar really all we have to choose from? Hell, we hardly even have (original) cheddar here, and mozzarella doesn't taste anything unless you cook it.

My favourites are Grev? (Emmentaler) or Jarlsberg.

Of all the threads out there.. A cheese one doesn't turn into image spam/a flamewar! o.0

sigh.. I gotta go with mozzarella. It's delicious when cooked with sandwiches.

I still say cheddar and mozzarella both lose. Provolone and pepper jack make for auxsum subs... and auxsum anything, for that matter.

Edit: Gouda is also amazing.

When I think about it Blue cheese is pretty good as well but Mozarrella is the ultimate cheese when cooked

Have you ever heard that eating cheese before bed gives you strange dreams?
I had a sandwich with old bruge last night and had a dream that was an advertisement for a stationary set with a portable writing table.
It was called the letterbob. It had dancing amoebas.
Cheese does give you strange dreams.

It depresses me to see the amount of posts in this thread... which I have now added to. This thread sucks.
Posted 17 years ago2007-10-05 19:03:26 UTC Post #235785
It depressed me that the only reason there are so many posts is because nobody else ever starts any remotely interesting threads.

with a strong red wine.
Thats the only way to eat "rotten cheese"

Pimento wins hugely. if you've ever had it you'd know why.

I enjoy a sharp cheddar, or a crumbly feta. Delicious.

Ooh, and Mozzarella.
