I don't quite know if this would wor but I think you could do it, all you would have to do is break MPEGs down to frame by frame.

putting em on textures is alot nicer.

Yeah, but breaking down MPEGs frame by frame sounds like torture to me....maybe because I've had to do it a few times before....its annoyingly annoying.

Espicially if you want it to be smooth...and then there's the sound and trying to get that synchroised with the sprite.

I can remember that this technique was used in 3dMike's ts_bikini.
