Plane with no normal: Press [ALT]+[P] and eliminate all 'texture axis perpendicular to face' errors

Coplanar faces: A brush has a face which is split onto more than one. Hard to explain. Did you use vertex manipulation?

I didn't use vertex at all, I used an arch with a width of 1 unit and 20 sides would that cause the problem?

If I'm not mistaken, it comes from splitting a face but not doing anything with the extra vertices, "hence the coplanar plane".

Ok, thanks 7th for the brush number, deleted the whole fade textured arch and now the compiler is working fine, don't know how the map will turn out but thanks for fixing this problem anyway

Next time you get one of these "Never seen before" problems, don't immediately assume that since you haven't seen it... then it must be unique.

Use the search function at the top of the page.
Use a simple single word and you might just find the answer :-)
