Didn't we see this same post or something similar a few days ago?

You probably have a leak, or applied the 'null' texture to a brush you are facing, which creates the HOM effect.

Hey I have a problem with my sky. The first sky name I apllied was desert, but when I try to change it on different levels I make, IT IS STILL DESERT!! AAHHHHH please help!! :

How do you try and change it? Just go into map properties, and then type a different skyname and it should work.

You mean you were playing a map with a desert sky and you changed to yours and it was still desert or you mean you were playing your map with a desert sky and changed to another map, and that map had a desert sky? In case of scenario 2, you changed to a map with no designated skyname. Maps like this (crossfire for example) have skies cary over from previous maps.

he means, when you look at it, it takes small bits from the map, and repeats them so itr looks nuts. like when you go through walls in spectator mode

Have you checked to make sure there isn't a NULL texture on a visible face or a leak?
